I completed my Bachelor of Health Science (Honours) before earning my Doctor of Chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College. With nearly a decade of clinical experience, I have had the privilege of practicing in Toronto, Arizona, and now in Puyallup, Washington—my husband’s hometown and the community I am proud to serve.

My clinical training includes Webster Certification, specialized coursework in pediatrics, and certifications in Graston Technique and Active Release Therapy. I also incorporate cupping therapy, kinesiotaping, trigger point therapy, and the Activator Method, ensuring a wide range of evidence-based tools are available to address the unique needs of every patient.

My mission is to provide comprehensive, thoughtful care that supports lasting health and wellness for individuals and families throughout all stages of life.
